Stuff and stuff.

So my Mom is like, go buy a gallon of off-white paint and a gallon of green and paint your bedroom before we put the new carpet in. And she gives this order *today* when the new carpet goes in *tomorrow*. Ahahahaha--not. Although I would try, if I were not down to 15$ in my bank account until Thursday--
Wanna know how I got down to 15$? I'll tell you. Shopping. Shopping with Kerrilynn. Last time we went, I ended up with random lamps and a shower curtain and sunglasses and NSYNC fruit snacks. This time, I got ribbon and fake ivy and weird German cookies--and little NSYNC temporary tattoos. And a bunch of stupid little travel games--and the NSYNC hotline game--and citronella candles and bug spray. But it's mostly all necessary! There's gonna be a party here on Friday and the house isn't big enough for all the guests so we're gonna be outside a lot, so citronella and bug spray. And we're going to make everyone wear a retarded toga and a kind of Roman crowny-thingy and have their picture taken as price of admission, so ribbon and fake ivy! And German cookies! Because they looked good and then were all melty, but still.
Sure, the NSYNC stuff was entirely unnecessary. But the game was 10$ and the tattoos were like, 2$, so I couldn't resist. ;)
Oooh, part of the admission price--you must wear a toga, a crown, and a temporary NSYNC tattoo! *snickering* OMG, my friend Nick, he wears this Boyband Reject t-shirt all the time--I'm sure he'd love to wear an NSYNC tattoo! But he's gonna miss the party. Awww. He's gonna be so disappointed. Muahahaa.
Seriously, no one is as amused by the idea of this party as I am. Except Kerri.
Me: What I think is, we should make everyone put on their toga while we're still at your house.
I don't care if no one else appreciates the toga theme. As long as me and Kerri are amused, the rest of them can go jump in the lake.
Literally. I think we're also planning to finally film our Blair Witch/Titanic crossover spoof on Friday. ;-)
Also--tickets to see Joey in Rent will be purchased as soon as I come back from North Carolina, I think. Kerri's coming whether she wants to or not, and so is my sister. We're also gonna take a friend of ours to see it, I believe--his birthday is 10/14 so the weekend of the 14th is our target. I'm following the Joey-in-Rent community but can't figure out if there's still a crowd going that weekend. Anyone know? I'd love to subject Kerri and my sister and our friend to a crowd of slashers. Hee.
Finally, kind of a recs-looking thing. Improv stories = addictive! Posted Score yesterday, went back to the generator this morning to get more words. *G* This one's gonna take me longer but eeee, fun. Is there like, an archive of improv stories? I'd love to read more by others, I think. Send links my way if you can!
<--off to read more Joey in Rent reviews. So excited for that boy--it sounds like he rocked. Yay for talented SDBs :)

Kerri: My grandparents would *die*.
Me: Aahahaa. I wanna see Grandpa in a toga, ahahhaa. Anyway, then we all pile into our cars and drive to Cumbie's. And we walk in single file, all like however-many of us, and go up to the counter and stand in a half circle. And stare at the counter. And then one of us buys like, a package of gum, and we all leave.
Us: Ahahahahaaa.
Kerri: No, not gum. Condoms. Lots of condoms.
Me: Yes! "One economy pack condoms, please." And all of us just standing there!
Us: Ahahahahaaa.
Me: And one guy in the way back--"Extra sensitive, please!" And then we file out again, still silent, still single file!
Us: *Dying*
Me: *finally calming down* Oh, entertaining. Except, me and you'd be the only ones to do it.
Kerri: Yeah, pretty much.
Me: Kerri, why are our friends not funny?
Kerri: I dunno, Al. I just...dunno.
