Giddy: i can hear it in my head and it's making me laugh out loud right now.

A very silly mental image brought on by my very real hatred for story headers that include the phrase 'Warning: M/M sex.' What's up with that, anyway. It trips like a dozen hotbuttons in my brain and I see it on like, stories posted to McKay/Sheppard slash communities, which makes it both stupid and offensive.

Warning: Ryan Ross is a soup dispensing robot.

For serious. Going to use that on all my stories ever again. :)

Actually, why I'm here...A while back I commented on your tw_flashfic post of "They Grip the Ground", asking whether you'd mind me recording your story for tw_audiofic. Since there was no reply I thought I'd ask again... I understand if you'd rather I didn't, but I just adore that story and I'd love to give the reading a try. So, what do you think? Pretty please? (Once I record something I'd send it to you for aproval anyway, so it's not like I'd post something you don't like...)

Ahhh, sorry, I did see that comment, but I tend to be like 'oh, i'll reply to that later' and then completely forget to reply at all. Sorry! Anyway, sure you can record it, I think that fanworks are up for grabs and remaking just the same as source material. But tbh I can't listen to audiofic? So I wouldn't send it to me for pre-approval. I'd get like 30 seconds in and have to leave my computer. So I won't listen to it, but if that's not a problem (I'll help by email if you have questions) then go right ahead. :)

M/M warning! I don't get it at all! We were like 'so what's next, we start warning for het? How about we warn for, oh, two people looking at each other. OH I KNOW. BREATHING. WE WARN FOR BREATHING.' *g* My little brain goes 'the kind of people who'd need to be WARNED for m/m sex are the kind of people I WANT to offend anyway!' and I get all pissed off and contrary.

Oh the other hand, Ryan Ross the soup dispensing robot = made of win. ;-)

Hey, I have already seen fics with a Het warning, actually. Those always make LOL, cus hey, at least it's fair if we warn for everything.
You're right though, we should definitely warn for breathing! *rofl*
