Apr. 7th, 2006 04:32 pmLive from Winston Salem NC, I bring you a very brief story of our roadtrip, as I wait for Kyle to return from the bathroom at the AAA where we have stopped for directions.
Left: 4:30am.
Lost in NYC: 9:30-11:30
Speeding ticket: 12:30 Alison! 45mph in a 40 zone! $40 ticket!
Flat tire: 4:30pm, Richmond, Virginia. In the left lane. Ahahah.
Back on the road: 8pm, $260 poorer because two tires needed replacing.
Hotel: 12:00am.
Today: OMG so tired, and headed to Fayetteville in a few hours--rush hour. The people here at AAA did, in fact, laugh at us when we told them.
Bright side, it's 82 and sunny, and we just had lunch at Olive Garden. All in all, we win!
