(no subject)

Awww, just realized that my account is going to expire on 8/9 (Kerri's bday, eee--we are indeed having a toga party! bwahahaa) and I haven't even done anything with it yet. A) I suck at making my own icons. B) I won't ask to have them made for me. and C) Changing the style of my page? Um. But I like it already, darn it. Beyond that, I don't even know what a paid account offers that a regular account doesn't, cause I haven't played with it at all.

In two weeks, we go to North Carolina. Fayetteville! Any slashers in the region? I'd hate to travel so far from home and not meet anyone--besides, it looks like the Trishafish is too stressed to wanna make fun plans. It's gonna be me, her and Kerri sitting in her living room in front of fans, complaining. Three very very old ladies, all under 22. *G* Will be in NC from 8/13 to...um, I think we're leaving 8/18.

I have come to accept that I will not complete a story until fall, when everyone's gone back to school and it's cold and the summer people aren't bopping around the neighborhood and making me want to chew nails--

Except the Hot Boys who were playing some weird softball-whiffleball-basketball game in the field yesterday. They were so organized with their made-up game! There were boys in yellow shorts and boys in blue shorts! And lots of bare chests! And it was so funny because I have no idea what the rules were but there were boys running in circles and there were basketballs being carried overhead and there was a whiffleball tee-thingy. So, yeah, funny, plus they were hot. They can stay. :)

Anyway. Currently plodding away at like, 6 stories, but none of them are doing well. They're all so awkward! We've got post-space Trickyfish (2), we've got pre-space GSF, we've got hammock!Trickyfish, we've got Bus Of Kinky Sex!Trickyfish/JuC and we've got the itty-bitty Timbertrick story that was written way, way early. Like before I even started Waltz, which was my first posted story.

Part of the problem is that I keep getting sidetracked by puppy footage. *G* Last night, as I was telling anyone who'd IM me, I watched tapes and noticed this little thing--they were on TRL promoting NSA I think and they played a couple minutes of what looked like more Joey homevideo? And there was this teeeeeeny little part where someone's bent over a guitar and Lance is watching and he goes, "I could watch you play all day," or something with that cheesygrin of his, and then he smiles at the camera, and I'm pretty sure it's Chris playing. I watched that like, 600 times. If I'm wrong, don't tell me. *G*

Also, watching all of this stuff out of chronological order is great because the red Local Motion t-shirt Chris is wearing in the Making The Tour interview where he's in the wooden chair? Lance is wearing a red Local Motion t-shirt in one of the Making the Video: Pop clips. I just realized that the other day and it made me squee. Plus with the one-eyed alien shouting 'Tricky fish! Tricky fish!' and that being funnier every time I see Lilo and Stitch. Can all this be coincidence? No! I think not! *G*

I really, really need to sleep more*, play on the computer less. :)

*I might have maybe possibly set my alarm for 4:15am because I missed Access Hollywood yesterday and wanted to make sure I saw it and can't figure out how to work the timer on my VCR without the remote, which is lost. Um. But I'm not saying I really did. Just, maybe. Yeah. :)
