Oh, joy. *G*

Last night, we went to a midnight showing of Star Wars. I'm not a big fan--this was the first time I'd seen one of them all the way through--but one of my favorite people is so. Had a grand time, not because the movie was marvelous but because the audience was so into it. It was like going to Rocky Horror, honestly. Complete with the entire audience bursting into the same song at three random parts of the movie, and heckling. And costumes. Much fun.

Got out of the theatre at about 3, went with my little group to Denny's and listened to the night cook tell very bad jokes and had a marvelous time there too.

Got home at almost 6. Slept until 7:30. Went to work, survived the day! Without coffee, too. Got my paycheck--and look, a raise! A whole dollar an hour, whoo. *G*

Deposited check, found that state income tax had been direct deposited.

Got home, found Reel Nsync in the mailbox! *bouncing with joy* Now I'm off to watch puppies! *G*

What a good day. Totally making up for the abolute train wreck that was my weekend and the week to date. Just, yay. :)
