(no subject)

Last night I had a dream that there was, you know, apocolypse, and it came with zombie hordes. I had to get from my house to my mom's house, and it was a very scary and anxious nightmare journey, and when I finally got to Mom's, I learned that she'd survived the initial whatever-it-was-that-brought-apocolypse-zombies but had gone looking for me and gotten eaten.

Sigh.

If you think I did not call my mom this morning and tell her 'In case of apocolypse zombies, you stay home and stay SAFE, I will come GET you,' you clearly do not know me very well at all. ;-)

The only flaw to your nightmare is that mom would never have survived a Zombie anything.

Ha. Well, you know, me neither, so it's really all a moot point. BUT! If it should so happen that there ARE zombies and we DO survive, I wanted to have a plan in place! I feel better now! *grins*

The guys at work make fun of me for going running all the time, and my reply is always this: When the Zombies come and take over, I'll live and you won't. Then they look at me funny and walk away. The worst part is I'm only half-kidding.

So don't you dare leave mom's house once you are there; I will come to YOU!

Dude, *I* had a dream about apocalyptic zombie hordes the other night! But it involved having to save [livejournal.com profile] mrsronweasley, who was trapped in her car by the zombie hordes. Also, John Barrowman was there, and I'm pretty sure he was a zombie too.

...something in the ether? I hope?

o.O Wow, now I really feel better about having an in-case-of-zombies plan. And meep, poor [livejournal.com profile] mrsronweasley, meep Zombie-Barrowman! He's got a big mouth, dude, he could just eat someone's whole torso before shambling onto the next victim.

...

Is it wrong that I sort of find that hilarious? ;-)

Dude, and I just worry about fire. You have me beat to all get out.

[identity profile] giddygeek.livejournal.com 2007-09-19 10:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh man, fire's worse because it's plausible. I'll take my zombie hordes any day! ;-)

Something like that happened to me with my best friend Ivan. I was like, "Ivan do not leave your apartment. I will get you." the next day.

*nodnod* The worst part of the nightmare was the anxiety about 'what if she's not THERE' to be honest! It made me very eager to put a disaster plan in place. Hurray for rescuing the people you love from zombies, and knowing right where they'll need rescuing from! *g*

Exactly!

You're fucking adorable.

(I'll use my radiation icon which keeps the zombies away, so at least you'll be safe for a day.)

[identity profile] giddygeek.livejournal.com 2007-09-21 01:21 am (UTC)(link)
Heee, thank you! I totally needed the radiation icon -- there was a long bandom fic posted with zombies, and I was so thoroughly tempted to read it, but zombies. I was just too fragile and therefore appreciate the protection. *grins*
