I know! I just keep falling in love. Yesterday that cat and this unbelievably pretty golden retriever/cocker spaniel mix both really caught me, but I had to be realistic. It's hard to do that though when you've got this 18lb cat in your lap, or a sweet-faced dog pushing his face against your knee, and they both need homes.
I am trying to talk my mom into adopting the cocker-mix, though. *grins*
Thank you! Yeah, it was a really good week. I just deserved that ice cream, man. I was a brave little toaster. The piercer was like, 'you want me to count to three or just do it?' and I said, 'do it!' Courage like a lion. ;-)
