This is so true. Although in his own way, he's a total nonconformer too. Boy from Mississippi who joins a showchoir and then a boyband and then tries to go to space then rules the game and talk shows and celebrity poker tournaments while quite frequently wearing dangly shiny things from his belt loops? Smoking and nose jobs are like, low level insanity for him, it seems!
